Case study: A well defined solid lesion with peripheral hyperdensity in the sellar region measuring ~14 x 13 mm. Sagittally the lesion is seen extending into the pituitary fossa.

Conclusion: Well defined solid sellar mass measuring ~14 x 13 mm as described.
Possibilities include: 1. Pituitary macroadenoma. 2. Craniopharyngioma.
Suggested MRI contrast study for further evaluation.
